Dear Parents,

Welcome back! It has been fabulous to have most of the students back in school. Classrooms have been filled with smiles, joy, happiness and fun. We have very much focused on mental wellbeing; settling the children into their new classes, introducing new routines and reminding them of school hygiene procedures. We have also focused on curriculum enrichment and setting up new measurable academic & therapy goals for this year.

Thank you to everybody for adapting to the new schedules/ batches and for being considerate to others by wearing a face mask at drop off and collection. We really appreciate your support and hope this, alongside our in-school measures, will help ensure our children get a continuous, quality education this year with less interruptions due to COVID. So ... welcome to CCIS to our new families and welcome back to all our returning families. I often say what a privilege it is to have your children in our care. It has been great having them all back in school this past week.

Dear Parents,

March will be very special this year @ CCIS with the Holy Ramadan falling on it. Within our school, we emphasize the values of Kindness, Honesty, and Respect. In addition to this, Ramadan is a time for reflection and community, and very much for tolerance and consideration of others. This all fits in very closely with the aims that we all have for how our children grow up, and the kind of people we wish them to become.

Our students’ school timing during Ramadan will be from 9AM – 1PM. Even though the hours will be shorter, we will continue to make the best of each day for our academic learning, and for the personal values and consideration which are so important throughout the Holy Month.

Dear Parents,

On behalf of all CCIS Staff, I am happy to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our students can achieve their highest potential. We recognize that to be successful in school, our children need support from both home and school. Therefore, we opted for Clasdojo App to ensure better channels of communication between parents & teachers. The class teachers will assist you to install and connect with us through the App.

Our theme for this year is: “Promoting Excellence Through Determination & Hard work” We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that he/she will:

  • Attend school daily
  • Complete all homework assignments given by teachers
  • Participate in Extra-curricular Activities (Morning Assemblies, Field Trips & School Events)
  • Wear proper school uniform.
  • Bring healthy snacks (No chips, chocolate or fizzy drinks are allowed)

CCIS invites all the parents to join us in our “Open House Day” which will be held on September 21 st, from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. The Open House Event is a great opportunity for our parents to meet with the teachers and discuss the educational programs offered to the students.
