Professional Development

At CCIS, we believe that success requires ongoing training which is where professional development comes into play.
At CCIS, staff receives an orientation and training program prior to the opening of school each year. Staff development activities are provided, or resources are indicated, in order to develop needed skills.
CCIS staff organizes and attends regular professional learning communities on monthly basis throughout the year.
CCIS encourages attendance at local & international conferences and certificates for all training activities are maintained in the staff member’s personal file.
